I was on a cruise ship and if you got a 21 with a queen, you won 9-1 on the side bet. It seemed a bit far fetched for my liking and I hardly saw anyone win the side bet. When a lady won the side bet she wasn’t getting back more than she had already been on that circle through the night. Definitely a suckers bet.

I think it’s kind of sexist to say that women would be the only people to take that bet. I’m sure there are plenty of beginners who are trapped into some of the worse sidebets too. It takes all kinds!

Good joke guys. But I have observed that when I take a friend of mine with me. I generally make good profits. I have talked about it to her and usually share some profits with her as well. So she’s always happy to accompany me to the local casino.
