The payout of 6:5 for a BlackJack as oppossed to the usual payout of 3:2 has NO effect whatsoever on Basic Strategy decisions.
You are only being short changed 1/2 of a betting unit if and when you receive a BlackJack.
I believe that the more important factor involved should be deck penetration - how deep into the pack is the placement of the cut card.
Generally, in shoe games of 6 or 8 decks - no more than 2 decks should be behind the cut card, and in a 4 deck game 1 deck cut-off would be considered ideal.
The deeper the cut card is placed, the higher the potential advantage the player has - and vice versa for a cut card placement less than the above stated numbers.
Whether the dealer Hits or Stands on a soft 17 ( A6 ) will modify some basic strategy rules.
