if i get caught counting?? what will they do??

ok i was just wondering for the worst situation. if i get caught counting card by the pit boss. what will they do other than ban me or kick me out. is it possible that they ll rough me up? i heard from my friend that someone go to jail for counting card and winning about 30k from that particular casino. i was WDF! i did not quite believe my friend’s words. can you guys tell me what the worst situation if they catch me counting card?? thanks

They will just harass you and ban you but not to the extent of sending you to jail.

The numerous instances that i have had in Atlantic City casinos include the following :

1- The Pit Boss pushes back your bet -

2 - The Pit Boss instructs the dealer to shuffle prematurely ( before the cut card is produced ) -

3 - The Pit Boss / Manager will follow you around the casino and order his subordinates to perform # 1 and/or #2 above -

4 - Refused to allow me to color up when leaving the table - thereby making me ” Wak with a bunch of lower denomination chips ” -

5 - Have all the suits standing over your shoulder while playing at first base - and having them trying to figure out what you are
doing - because they do not have a clue -

OTOH -

One very important lesson that I learned after being chased around the Playboy Club in Atlantic City many, many moons ago -

IF THEY ARE WATCHING YOU CLOSELY, AND YOU ARE SPREADING YOUR BETS -

IF THEY SHUFFLE UP ON YOU WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO MAKE A LARGE WAGER -

FLAT BET IN NEUTRAL AND PLUS COUNT SHOES -

MAKE A LARGE WAGER IN NEGATIVE SHOES -

THEY WILL SHUFFLE AWAY THEIR ADVANTAGE -

TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU -

THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT THE COUNT IS !

THEY ONLY SEE YOU WINNING AND SPREADING BETS -

TRY IT - YOU’LL LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is an interesting idea…large bet away the bad shoe. I like it! At my casino they don’t shuffle at all prematurely. The only time we don’t get a second deal on single deck is if there were too many cards drawn or splits.
