I use a single parameter count ( level 1 ) - named the Koko Ita or ” Green Fountain ” Count - a simple level 1 - balanced count - deck starts at zero - ends at zero.

      2 thru 7 when played is counted as a +1     8’s when played count as 0     9’s, 10’s A’s when played count as -1

This count is extremely accurate, easy to use, requires minimal brain power and because of its simplistic nature - affords one the opportunity to perform a ” count per hand ” and incorporate that into your running count for the multiple deck games.

This count as not the optimal count as recomended for the single deck games ( the Revere Point Count - a level 2 count ) is optimal for all 2 deck and above games whereas the player needs to identify and maintain the count under extremely adverse and fast moving conditions.

Out of curiosity - I would like to receive some feedback from players as to what card counting method they use - along with the ease of use of same - and the playing efficiency of same.

Thanks, in advance—

I too use the Silver Fox/Green Fountain system. But instead of using a basic strategy chart for playing hands, I use Revere’s Plus Minus chart and it seems to correlate fairly well with it. I play here on the river in Laughlin, NV where conditions aren’t optimal and I still do ok with it. Where are you located?.....Ron
