A negative betting progression works on the concept that each time you lose a hand you double up the bet in an attempt to win your money back. So first round bet 1 unit lose. Second round bet 2 units lose. 3rd round bet 4 units lose etc. The problem with this system is that you would need a very large bankroll and no table limit to make it work
That is not a negative betting progression that is a progressive betting. If I used a progression system(which I dont, I use bet spreads)... I would bet like this. If I lose 1 unit say of $5, my next bet will bet $6, after that $12 after that 24 after that 48. So instead of doubling up after 4 times and losing $155, I lose $85 after 4 rounds of betting and instead of breaking even I would be ahead $1. In positive counts since I have the edge that is when I would double up. A negative progression is when you take away from the bet each round get it. If I were to lose those four in either count I would start it over. But I average two wins for every loss so that would happen once in a blue moon.. God lose the VOODOO and become a REALPLAYER and use bet spreads. sTOP BETTING LIKE THE DARKSIDE OF THE FORCE. bE LUKE SKYWALKER NOT darth vader
