I’ve never heard of any strategy which utilizes exiting a shoe in certain situations. I’ve been experimenting with exiting according to “situational” blackjack, which says the players odds are better following losses, & worse following wins, pushes, blackjacks & a few other “situations”. I’ve just completed a week-long vacation in downtown Vegas. I logged approximately 60 hours at the tables. I used a system in which I gradually increase my wagers following each consecutive loss ( 2 in a row ). And exiting the game, walking away & starting in a new shoe at a new table every time a “negative” situation occurred ( a win, push etc. ). My friends think I’m crazy, quitting a game after winning one hand & walking all over town. But I finished a little over $700 ahead. My wagers were $10 units & I never had to bet more than $50. Of course I was most likely just lucky. But it’s the best luck I’ve ever had for such a long sustained period. So I will continue to experiment.
