Dealer - Hints?

What do you guys find to be evident hints or tips as to whether or not a dealer will be of your liking before even sitting at the table? What do you find will indicate whether or not the dealer will deal cards fast or slow?

What is a good estimate of hands per hour for: (all with an average dealer)

1. SD - 1 person
2. SD - 2 people
3. SD - 3 people
4. SD - 4 people
5. SD - 5 People
6. DD - 1 person
7. DD - 2 people
8. DD - 3 people
9. DD - 4 people
10. DD - 5 people

Not too worried about any other games because I will be wonging in and out of games with more decks.

I read that heads up can get close to 200 hands/hr with a good dealer, and that it drops significantly after adding a person. I have been keeping track of winnings and losses on a spreadsheet I created and want to make sure my estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Also what are the affects of hand shuffeling and automatic shuffeling as far as # of hands.

Hi,

Having experienced an online casino where I’m 100% convinced the computer is NOT a random number generator (therefore not playing fair), I’d like to ask everyones help in finding one that does play fair.

I was reading another thread here on the forum about a new player who had made the whole table angry at him because his lack of experience. I just wanted to point out to other new players that there are all sorts of places you can play for free online, this is a great way to get comfortable with a game before you go to the real tables.

Should you split up your face cards? I have been wondering if it’s necessary to split your face cards or should you just stand when you get them? I know there are certain rules about splitting but when is it necessary?

In one round or on one table or in one day or what ever else it is!

Once by luck I won $1200 while playing in venetian and on another fine day (!) I lost $600 in single shot.

Multiple Decks - Do you play?

I have seen people playing with multiple decks. I have tried it a few times but I am much better on single deck game.
